Mayhem Construction Ltd: Referral Promotional Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and Entry:
- Entry into this promotion is open to all individuals who refer another person to Mayhem Construction Ltd.
- You may refer yourself or another person. However, the referred project must be new building work and must meet the minimum contract value as outlined below.
- Referrals will only be accepted if the referral form on the Mayhem Construction Ltd website is completed before the initial consultation with the referred person takes place.
- If the referred person contacts Mayhem Construction Ltd directly before the referrer completes the referral form, the referrer will no longer be eligible to claim the referral reward.
- Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

‍Promotion Period:
‍-The referral program commences on 1st September 2024 and closes at 4:30 pm on 24th December 2024 ("Promotion Period").
- To be eligible, the referred person must sign a building contract with Mayhem Construction Ltd during the Promotion Period. The completion of the project does not need to occur within this timeframe.

‍Referral Qualification:
- To qualify for the referral reward, the referred project must have a signed contract value of $50,000.00 or more.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a person can submit during the Promotion Period.
- The reward will be a cashback payment equivalent to 1% of the signed contract value.

‍Reward Distribution:
‍- Referrers who qualify for a reward will be contacted by Mayhem Construction Ltd to arrange the cashback payment.
- The cashback payment will be made in full upon the signing of the contract and payment of the deposit by the referred person.

‍Multiple Referrals:
‍- In the event of multiple people referring the same individual or project, only one referrer will be awarded the cashback reward.
- The reward will be given based on the first referral received, as recorded by Mayhem Construction Ltd.

‍Disputes and Final Decision:
‍- In the event of any dispute or need for clarification, the decision of Mayhem Construction Ltd will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

‍Consent and Marketing:
‍- Entry into the referral process constitutes consent for Mayhem Construction Ltd to use referrers' names and photographs for promotional marketing purposes.
- This may include publishing names and photographs on Mayhem Construction Ltd's website and social media platforms.

‍Reward Conditions:
‍- Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as vouchers or other forms of payment.
- Cashback payments will be made directly to the referrer’s nominated bank account.

‍Substitution of Reward:
- If the cashback payment (or any part of it) is unavailable for any reason, Mayhem Construction Ltd reserves the right to substitute the reward (or part thereof) with a reward of equal value and/or specification at its sole discretion.

‍Changes to Terms and Conditions:
‍- Mayhem Construction Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

‍Promoter:
‍- The promoter of this referral program is Mayhem Construction Ltd.
