To make sure we understand your project from the get-go, we’ll send you a short questionnaire that helps us get aligned with your vision. Once we have that, we’ll schedule a site visit with Mason Bettridge, our Director, to kick things off.

Depending on your project, we’ll either meet you on-site or in the office to go over everything in more detail. This is where we’ll get a solid look at the project, review the site and scope of works, and have a good chat about the pricing process. We’ll also walk you through how we work with you and explain the next steps. If your project needs an architect, we’ll bring them in to start moving things forward.

Once your developed plans are ready and submitted to the council, we get to work pricing everything out. When the numbers are ready, we’ll present a detailed quote, breaking down the costs and making sure all your questions are answered. This is your chance to dig into the specifics and make sure everything’s spot on before we move ahead.

When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll get down to business with the contract signing. This is where we’ll agree on a start date and collect the deposit, making everything official. Once this step is done, we’ll take over the project site and get everything set up for the construction phase.

Now it’s time to meet the team who will bring your vision to life. From here, we’ll kick off the construction phase. You’ll get regular updates, and scheduled meetings to ensure we're always planning ahead towards the next stage

Once your home is finished, we’ll ensure it’s perfect and ready for you to move in. Professional cleaners will make sure everything is spotless, and you’ll gain access to our warranty and maintenance portal, giving you peace of mind as you settle into your new home. We’re always here to help with any questions or follow-ups, ensuring a smooth transition into your new space.
